All Student Clubs Are Required To Register Online Annually
All student clubs are required to submit an online registration at the beginning of each academic year. In order to be recognized as an active club for the current club term all applications must be approved by the Clubs Steering Committee.
UPDATE: Effective January 1, 2017 the new club term will be January 1 through December 31 replacing the October 1 through September 30 term. Clubs that have already been approved or have submitted their club applications will be grandfathered in to the new club year.
The new deadline for submission of annual club applications will be October 31. After this date a club will be considered inactive and will not have access to their Bursar's Account until the online registration has been submitted and approved by the Clubs Steering Committee.
Newly formed clubs may register online at any time during the year.
